Delivery & Pickup Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver the china, linens, etc?

Delivery is available at a reasonable charge in our regular service area.
For delivery to other areas, please call our office for availability and fees associated.
Rental minimums may apply to qualify for delivery.
Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc. to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged and table ready.
Our linens and chair covers are delivered on hangers on rolling carts for larger orders.
Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. Basic delivery fees are for ground floor delivery. Additional delivery fees will apply to requested drop locations other then ground floor or non dock deliveries.
Our delivery personnel will pick up your items from the same location. Please place all items into their original containers or the laundry bags provided. Tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked unless prior arrangements have been made.

Will you load our car?

We will help you load your car, however, due to insurance regulations we WILL NOT tie anything to your car.
Should you decide to do so, you assume responsibilty for any damage to your vehicle or our products.

Do you offer delivery during early morning or late evening times?

Depending on the order, yes we do.
There are additional service charges added for this convenience. Time set delivery options are available for additional fees.
